Last summer after having her second child and while she was on maternity leave, Cambridge psychologist and entrepreneur Camille Preston was feeling overwhelmed.
She craved that state of "flow," which Preston defines as the experience in which a person performs at their best, when they're really heads-down, in the zone, and excelling at their craft. So, she hit the books and started studying the neurological processes underpinning that state of productivity.
