Disclaimer
What this site is, and what it is not
CREATE MORE FLOW publishes journalism for general information. We report what happened, who said it, and where the document came from. Nobody reads a disclaimer for pleasure and we have not tried to make this one enjoyable, but the distinction it draws is one readers act on, so it is worth setting out properly.
Nothing here is professional advice. A story about a court ruling is not legal advice about your case. A story about a new rule is not advice about your particular situation, and we are not your lawyer, your accountant, your doctor, or your financial adviser. Coverage of a health development is not a diagnosis, and coverage of a company or a market is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
News changes fast, and so do the facts
The defining feature of news is that it is unfinished. A story published at nine in the morning can be overtaken by noon, and the version you are reading is our best account at the timestamp on it, not a permanent verdict. Figures get revised, early reports get corrected, and things reported as likely turn out not to happen at all.
We date our stories and we update them as we learn more, but we cannot promise that everything on the site is current at the exact moment you read it. If you are about to act on something time sensitive, a price, a deadline, a safety instruction, an official figure, check it against the original source before you rely on it. We say where that source is precisely so you can.
Accuracy, and its limits
We work from primary sources and we verify before we publish, which our fact-checking policy describes. That reduces error, it does not abolish it. Sources are sometimes wrong, documents are sometimes forged, and officials sometimes announce things that later unravel. When we get something wrong we fix it openly through our corrections policy, but a correction is a repair after the fact, not a warranty against ever needing one.
So we do not warrant that everything on this site is complete, accurate, or up to date, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses arising from decisions taken in reliance on our content. That is not a shrug. It is an honest statement of what any news publication can actually promise.
Specific areas where this matters most
Money and markets
Our business and economy coverage reports on companies, markets, and policy. It is not investment advice, we hold no view on what you should do with your money, and past performance of anything we describe is not a guide to its future. Talk to a qualified adviser before making a financial decision.
Health
Our health coverage reports on research, treatments, and public health. It is not medical advice and is no substitute for a professional who can examine you and knows your history. Do not start, stop, or change any treatment on the strength of a news story. If something is urgent, contact a medical professional or emergency services.
Law, technology, and everything else
Legal, technology, science, and safety stories are reporting on developments, not instructions for your specific circumstances. A general account of how a law or a tool works is not tailored guidance, and the details that matter to you may be exactly the ones a general story leaves out.
Outside links, quotes, and advertising
We link to sources and further reading because good journalism shows its work. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or accuracy, and a link is not an endorsement. Quotes and claims we attribute to other people are their statements, reported because they are newsworthy, not adopted by us as true. Advertisements and sponsored content come from third parties: we screen for the obvious, but an advertisement is not a recommendation, and the rules we apply are on our advertise page.
The bottom line
Use CREATE MORE FLOW to stay informed, to understand what is happening, and to find the primary sources you can then rely on. Do not use it as a substitute for advice from someone qualified to give it, and do not treat a fast moving story as the last word. If something here is wrong, tell us at support@createmoreflow.com, and if you need to understand the rules governing your use of the site, they are in our terms of service.
